Every year, the Scholarship is awarded allowing students who are winners and beneficiaries of this scholarship an opportunity to enter a program at leading Russian Universities without entrance examinations and study at the expense of the Russian Federation or (if the postdoc track is chosen) to get a job in one of the proposed research projects.

The registration for the 2024 Open Door scholarship is currently ongoing, the application phase for the Bachelor’sMaster’s, and PhD tracks will end by November 20, and the application process for the postdoc will end by December 10, 2024. 

The application process for the open doors undergraduate and graduate track is conducted online in two phases. In the first phase, your portfolio and credentials will be evaluated, if you pass the first stage, you will be invited to the second phase where you will be meant to solve tests.

The postgraduate track involves a third stage in addition to the first two stages which is an online interview with a maximum of three potential supervisors of the participant’s choice.
